Yoga Urja
A yoga studio based in traditional yoga and spirituality that focuses on the mind and body for holistic health. This website is houses a portfolio of yoga videos and a wealth of information and resources.
Game Design
This game, titled Dr. Smoothie, is designed to teach teenagers about the importance of vitamins and minerals. Play a clip to see how it works! I designed this game during graduate school, after designing another nutrition game aimed at 3-4 year old children to teach them the basics of a balanced diet.
